Hello and welcome to my web site. My name is Matthew Frederick and I am an artist currently living and working in
Toronto Ontario Canada. Within the pages of this web site you will find various information related to my career
as an artist.

to view a selection of artwork I have produced over the past few years. Primarily my focus has been on contemporary
abstract paintings. Acrylic paint combined with various mediums and additives have been my medium of choice.
Working with paint brushes has proven to be rather dull so I tend towards more non-conventional tools such as knives, spatulas, paint tubes,
plastic containers, eye droppers, cake decorating tools and turkey basters.
Take a look in my Studio to catch a glimpse of
what goes on behind the scenes. Here you will find random shots of my studio taken at various times throughout the past.
I always enjoy looking at photos of artist's studios because there is so much information there to be gathered about the art
and the artist themselves.

career as an artist in the future.

Visit the online art gallery to view a selection of many fine
contemporary abstract art paintings. All paintings are for sale unless noted as having been previously sold.
To view only paintings available for sale, goto the online art gallery
and using the Search box on the left hand side select "Available for Sale" from the Availability drop down menu,
then click the Search Now button. This will display a thumbnail image gallery of all paintings that are available
for sale.
Click on any of the paintings to view a larger image of the artwork as well as the details
of the painting such as title, year, medium, and dimensions. If a particular painting interests you click
on the "Inquire about price and availability" link to contact me by email. I will respond to your inquiry within a

represent, show, or sell my work.
